      About burned beans.

Usually, from 2 to 6 on any full roast.
Someone suggested changing the shape of the container base.

      Perhaps.

      I couldn’t wait.

I used a very large copper wire, hammered it roound to exactly fit in the base.
Tiny gap from the edge; tiny gap between the ends.

      Cheap.

      No more burned beans.

Would be simple and cheap for the manufacturer to provide.
Copper better than stainless to track the temp changes better.

Speedfixer – you are my new hero!
I have considered trying something like your fix, but just haven’t ever done it.
Thank you for proving my theory that the problem with the burned beans was that little ledge at the bottom of the roast chamber.

To HRS: please make this ring and offer it as an accessory to those of us who don’t have the skills or initiative of Speedfixer!
